3. Shipping Information

Insured Domestic Shipping

• We offer free insured shipping across India.
• Every product is securely packed and tracked until it reaches you.
• For priority shipping, additional charges may apply based on the delivery location (pincode/zipcode).

International Shipping

• Based on your delivery location, we select the most reliable logistics partner.
• We use only reputed courier services.
• Note: Final cart value does not include local taxes, customs duties, or levies, which may be payable by you at the time of delivery.
• VBJ is not liable for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.
• Ensure that the shipping address is accurate while placing the order. Changes to the shipping address after billing are not permitted.

4. Merchandise Exchange & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
• International returns must be made in person. Returns by courier/post are at your own risk and may incur import duties.
• The product must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and not resized or engraved by any jeweller other than VBJ.
• Items must be securely packaged and insured during return transit.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after we receive the item.
• Shipping and bank transaction charges will be deducted from the invoice value.
• Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following terms:

• Within 5 working days of placing the order, provided production has not started – full refund to the original payment account.
• If production has started – refund will be made after deducting wastage and making charges.
• If the product is not as expected (minor design variations up to 5–10% may occur), refund is allowed.
• If there is a delay in delivery, you are eligible for cancellation and refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may choose not to place further orders.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
